The enclosed StuffIt archive contains the latest revision of “ncr”, a script that lets you perform an incremental fill of values on a single range of cells. Unlike Wingz' built-in Fill command, ncr lets you specify a start value, a step value, and the type of series (linear, growth, or date).
Version 3.0 is a MAJOR rewrite of ncr version 2.1. New features include:
• a TOTALLY new interface with better data entry
• support for Growth series in addition to Linear and Date
• better checking for valid Start and Step values
• ability to enter values using scientific notation
• compatibility with Wingz 1.1 custom formats
• numerous code optimizations and other improvements
This function works with BOTH Wingz 1.0 and Wingz 1.1; however placement of its dialog items is more attractive in Wingz 1.1

Because ncr version 3.0 checks the validity and type of data in the Start and Step fields, you MUST press the mouse button down in either field once you have finished entering your values. Users of Wingz version 1.1 can press the Tab key to update the dialog and advance to the next field instead of pressing the mouse button.
